Our Policies & Requirements
At Maple’s Doghouse, your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness come first. To keep our environment fun, healthy, and stress-free for every pup, we have a few guidelines in place. These policies help us ensure consistent care, responsible play, and a positive experience for both our canine guests and their humans.

Passes & Payments
Daycare passes are valid for 90 days from purchase. Because they are already discounted, passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Multi-dog discounts are available for pups from the same household.
Spay & Neuter Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare or overnight stays.
Health Requirements
To keep our pack safe and healthy, all dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Puppies must also be dewormed, and flea/tick/lice prevention is required monthly from April through November.
Overnight Stays
Check-out time for overnight guests is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a half-day daycare charge. Staying a while? Enjoy 10% off overnight bookings of 10 nights or more.
